The Importance of Continuing Training

Corporate training is a continuous process that should be factored in based on the real needs of each organization—developing skills and knowledge that help workers in their daily work—helping to improve their performance, and offering them the possibility of a career within the company.

In this regard, a study by Gallup recognizes that 39.3% of those consulted choose "growth" as a differential when evaluating a new job opportunity. Each organization must have a continuous training process that allows each employee to assume new responsibilities that imply professional and personal development.

Therefore, it is no longer enough with training that enables us to work, since once established, we must continue to update and deepen our knowledge. We are not only talking about high-level programming positions, but any job and sector.

It is an indisputable fact that workers must, we must, be in permanent learning, since increasing our knowledge will make us more efficient, work better and improve our self-esteem. Therefore, it also benefits the company, since the more qualified we workers are, the more our professional competence will increase, our productivity will increase, and we will make fewer mistakes.

For these reasons, continuous training must be integrated into the company's strategy and action plan. It must have the support and commitment of the company's management and workers, who are the recipients of it, and of course, integrate it into the organization's culture.
